Land Planning

Styczynski Walker & Associates provides land planning services for developers in the early conceptual design phase of a project. The preliminary site layout is designed to optimize the building design in conjunction with the site access, parking layout, storm water management and landscape locations.

As the plan proceeds, the design is further developed by a civil engineer and landscape architect. The land plan design for English Rows in Naperville, designed by Styczynski Walker & Associates, was awarded a 2006 Gold Key Award by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago for land planning.
